Stay softer and smooooother this winter, and less itchy, too!
After you turn off the shower, rub this all over while you're still wet. Lightly blot yourself dry
and see the difference in your skin all over after just a few days. USE REGULARLY,
especially in dry climates. For absolutely best results, follow up with a good body lotion on
legs and arms for daily walking around. Remember that dry skin is also itchy skin.

I've been using Dr. Bronner's Liquid Peppermint Soap since college, which was a long,
long time ago! It smells absolutely marvelous while you're in the shower, but you don't
end up smelling like a candy cane when you're dry. It's a pure, light, cleansing soap that
will never let you down. And, it's amazing at washing stinky pets and getting rid of skunk
odors. For little dogs with no hair or cats who don't like a bath (hellooo), or when it's too
cold for a real bath, mix a little in some warm water in the sink and use a wash cloth dipped
in the solution to wipe them down. No need to rinse as long as the solution is weak. Great
stuff!
Great daily pick-me-up for color-treated or permed or damaged hair:
Hask Placenta Leave-in Hair Treatment is absolutely fab! I've been using it every single day
for nearly 15 years. Just spritz a little on towel-dried hair and comb through. There is no change
in texture, will not weigh your hair down, but it just adds that extra little "umph" and takes away
a lot of friz. I have very fine, limp hair - and wouldn't be caught dead without it.
A great new daily conditioner for color-treated or permed or damaged hair:
Pureology Serious Color Care Antifade Complex is just a really great, light but very effective cream rinse, if you will. I use about a 1/2 dime size daily, rub through hair thoroughly, and then rinse! Don't forget to use your Hask above, also. This smells fabulous (a very light minty scent), and should be great for all hair types. A little more expensive than some, but oh, what a great product! Usually available
at better hair salons and beauty supply outlets or here at Amazon.
Keep your red hair color from fading as much:
I use a half & half mixture of Rejuvenol Brown Color Enhancing Shampoo and ARTec Orange Gold Color Depositing Shampoo every day to keep my red hair color bright and sparkly between color touch-ups. Just shampoo lightly and apply Pureology cream rinse and Hask Placenta, and dry as
usual.

Usually available at WalMart, drug stores, Target, etc., but here's a photo on Amazon. Great stuff,
not to heavy, lasts all day. Use each morning on legs and arms, especially in Winter.
